Mountain View Neighborhood Plan
Working with the Mountain View Community Council and the broader community, the Anchorage Community Land Trust is engaging neighbors to inform and develop the Mountain View Neighborhood Plan. This community-engagement process is aided by planners from Agnew::Beck Consulting.
The Mountain View Neighborhood Plan will help guide the community toward taking action. Extensive planning work has evolved over the last ten years and much groundwork has already been laid in planning for the future. The results of this work have been summarized in the Mountain View Neighborhood Plan - Springboard for Action 2009 Report (2.36 MB). The report also defines clear priorities and action steps for future revitalization, which are being refined in Focus Group Meetings.
Anchorage Community Land Trust, in partnership with the Community Council, is asking neighbors to get involved. Please visit this site regularly for updates and be involved in refining the vision for Mountain View – a vision for how YOU would like YOUR neighborhood to be in the future. You can also check out this Printable Flyer (495 KB) and Printable Questionnaire (27 KB) – or fill it out online. Your comments will help shape the Mountain View Neighborhood Plan.
